Executive Chef Gary Lee has created a menu that comprises recognisable Ivy staples alongside modern dishes with international influences, with a particular nod to Southern Europe and Asia. At the bar, The Ivy's Head Barman Darren Ball's new cocktail lists heralds the history of the restaurant, incorporating iconic drinks from 'The roaring twenties' and kitsch classics, like Pina Coladas and Strawberry Daiquiris.
