With one hundred recipes to mark one hundred years, THE IVY NOW also takes us behind the scenes of the iconic Theatreland restaurant and tells the story of how The Ivy became London’s most famous restaurant. THE IVY NOW features recipes from Executive Head Chef Gary Lee, dozens of entertaining stories from regular guests, original artwork by Brian Grimwood and a history of the restaurant written by Director and ex-Maitre d' of The Ivy Fernando Peire.
